If your product is damaged, you can ask the freight forwarder to keep a record or call us at our contact number 0544 830 40 50. If any damage occurs due to user error in the product, we accept no liability.

 What is the exchange and return period of the products?                                                                         
Product exchange and return period is 14 days. If you ask the freight forwarder to keep a record while you are receiving your product, and if you send us a letter about the problem that caused your return or change request in the product, the product will be returned/changed.
